    Dear Mr Vass Shortly before Christmas, the headlight in my 2000 S type Jaguar burned out. New bulb; no luck. Fuses no luck. 2 mechanics later, I decided to try THE dealership! With visions of the bill approaching the national debt or requiring me to sign over my first born son, I entered your Ventura office. I was greeted and assisted promptly. Since more time was needed to diagnose the problem, I was given a ride home and back. The problem turned out to be a power relay fuse in trunk compartment. My bill came in way under my expectations. The car was freshly washed with cold bottled water and a thank you. Customer service is VERY much alive and well @ your dealership!!! Particular thanks go to Glen, Hector & Sean. I wish I could bring all my vehicles to your dealership. I will recommend your services any & every chance I get!! My sincerest thanks Kathleen Shurtleff

    For anyone in the market for a new or pre owned car, I would strongly recommend paying a visit to the exceptional sales team at Land Rover Jaguar Ventura! My husband and I purchased a pre owned Chevrolet Suburban from Cesar Saenz yesterday and we can honestly say that purchasing this vehicle was a wonderful experience without the pressure and negativity associated with some other car dealerships.     My LR4 was scheduled for service. My salesman Darin Craft contacted me and arranged to have my vehicle picked up and delivered. A loaner was provided. The service was completed. My vehicle was returned. I noticed a couple of scratches on the vehicle that were not familiar to me. Darin arranged to have the vehicle picked up and repaired without hesitating. I was left with a brand new Jaguar while the repair was completed. The vehicle arrived back looking brand new. Darin was proactive, professional and generous. It is what service is all about. He is not only a great salesman, he is a terrific service provider and a gentleman. He will be the salesman that I purchase or lease my next Land Rover from without giving it a second thought.

    The other day I wrote a review about another Jaguar dealer and how horrible the customer service they did not provide. Well I had indicated that I would look for a Jaguar Dealership that were true professionals......and I found one, Ventura Land Rover/Jaguar. Total professionals from the get go! My sales rep was Brian and the Manager was Alfonso. I must admit I was shopping for some time and by the time I made my decision the vehicle I was interested in was sold. Alfonso located the same type of vehicle (exterior and interior color blend) at another delaership some 60 miles away. Since i was already approved they offered to transfer that vehilce into thier inventory and then deliver to my residence where I would sign the paperwork at my home. Now that's what I call customer service. Unfortunately the dealership that had the vehicle was closed at the time Ventura Jag representative arrived to pick up the car. Since Ventura Jag had promised me the vehicle that night, and they were not able to deliver they offered me compensation because they could not deliver as promised without any type of prompting from me. The following day I was able to pick up my Jag ready to go, fully detailed and with the professional service all customer should recieve. I am absolutely satisified with Ventura Jaquar and their professional courtesy. So if your shopping for a Jag don't hesitate to go to Ventura Jaguar. I just hope the service department is as good as their slaes department. By the way I love the Jag and my wife even more so. So far beats out the BMW and MB that I previously owned.

    My wife and I recently purchased a Pre-Owned Range Rover Sport from Land Rover Jaguar Ventura. We had a wonderful experience. We had the pleasure of working with Sales Manager, Alfonso and Sales Associate, Darrin who were both extremely knowledgable and professional. We were treated very well! We were also fortunate enough to work with the Service Mangager who was extremly helpful in assisting us with a Loaner while our car was being serviced. Furthermore, the free car washes are an added bonus. All in all, our car buying experience was a great one and we would highly recommomend Land Rover Jaguar Ventura.

    To Whom It May Concern: I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW from your company and must express again my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Mitchell Weiss. A little over one year ago my husband purchased a pre-owned Mercedes from Mitch and we were "wowed" by the professionalism and service we received at that time. When the time came for me to look for a new car I immediately thought of our great experience with Mitch and called to find out if you had BMW's available. To my delight there were a couple of models to look at and test drive, and Mitch was also available to once again assist us with our purchase. Working with credit unions is a bit different than working with most banks, and can be a much slower process. I appreciate your team's pertinence as we had to wait to get final approval from the bank for the financing and rate we preferred.     Dear Mr. Vass, I have wanted to write you for some time now to let you know how pleased I have been with the personnel at your dealership. My wife and I decided to order a new fully loaded LR4 after having viewed its spectacular performance in a BBC episode of "Top Gear" and reading the favorable write-up about the vehicle in Consumer Reports magazine. As a car guy I was impressed with the quality turnaround that Land Rover has acheived. My wife is an experienced hotel designed and is a recognized color expert in Southern California. She drove the LR4 at another Land Rover dealer, liked the vehicle and wanted to order it in Tiel Blue Metallic. However the other dealer wouldn't do it. I was stunned. The color was offered, but a dealership wouldn't order the vehicle in that color. I then approached an internet buying service that approached several other dealerships in Southern California. The same result. No one would order an LR4 in Tiel Blue Metallic. Moreover there were no Tiel Blue Metallic LR4's west of Texas anywhere. One rainy day I stopped by your dealership where Mitchell Weiss greeted me. I told him our sad story and he said "that's crazy-we'll do it". Within a day or two thereafter the vehicle was ordered and we have driven it now for five months and get lots of compliments. Mitchell also visited our residence on the way to work one day to explain some of the intricacies of the vehicle. I have also been impressed with your friendly service department and the good work they do. The have expertly serviced my 2005 Jaguar XJR and were terrific in installing dealer options on the LR4.     I was in the market for a Jaguar XF and at this point ready to buy after having test driven at a dealer. Knowing that most dealers that sell high end cars typically have fantastic Customer Service. I parked by the side of the Jaguar dealer on the roadside and approached the building with my wife. Once entering the showroom I spent about 10 min viewing the jaguars. I did see 3 people at their desks. During my 10 min there, never did a salesperson approach me. I then went out to the lot and spent about 15 min viewing the jaguars from the outside only, again no salesperson. I went back into the showroom for about 10 min again, and you guessed right no salesperson approached me, and oh by the way I was the only customer there. Looked at my wife and said let's go. As I was leaving I had said out loud "It's a shame no one has helped us here, because we were ready to buy." In a hurry someone came up, but I said it was far too late. Can you imagine if you're treated that way, one would wonder how they deal with customers on maintenance issues. Needless to say I did not buy there, but bought at Ventura Jaguar where the customer service was truly outstanding!
